Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Blame Dante website, its interactive features, digital content and services operated by JC SnowFox in Ireland. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law are not excluded by these terms.

1. About Blame Dante

Blame Dante is a travel-photography and creative project combining original photography, editorial content, digital products and AI-assisted interactive features. Contact: hello@sirenstudios.tech.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the site, use its public interactive features and purchase available products for lawful personal or business purposes consistent with these terms. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape protected content at abusive scale, probe for vulnerabilities, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, or use the site in a way that infringes another person's rights.

3. AI-generated content

Dante is software. Responses from AI features may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or inappropriate for a particular situation. AI output is provided for creative, entertainment and general informational purposes and should not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial or safety advice.

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated suggestions, including travel bookings, routes, activities and purchases. Check important information with the relevant official source before relying on it.

4. Photography and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, photographs, writing, designs, branding, downloadable materials and other original content on Blame Dante are owned by or licensed to JC SnowFox / Blame Dante and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing or viewing content does not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, train a commercial model on, remove attribution or watermarks from, or commercially exploit protected content unless the relevant product licence or written permission expressly allows it.

5. Digital products

Digital downloads, presets, guides, templates and similar products are supplied under the licence and product description shown at the time of purchase. Unless the product expressly says otherwise, purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for its stated purpose; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Any statutory cancellation, refund or conformity rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected. Where applicable law permits immediate supply of digital content after your express consent and acknowledgement concerning a withdrawal right, the checkout provider may request that consent before delivery.

6. Physical prints

Physical print orders may be paid through Stripe and fulfilled by a specialist print provider such as Prodigi. Product appearance can vary slightly from a screen because of display settings, paper, printing and finishing processes. Your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

7. Prices, payment and third-party checkout

Prices and available products may change before an order is placed. Payments may be processed by third-party providers including Stripe or Payhip. Their terms may also apply to the payment or hosted checkout experience. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery and contact information.

8. Affiliate links and recommendations

Some links are affiliate links. Blame Dante may receive a commission if you make a qualifying purchase or booking after following one of those links, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not guarantee that a destination, product or service will be suitable for you.

9. Pinterest and connected services

If you connect a Pinterest account or another supported third-party account to a Blame Dante tool, you authorise the tool to perform only the actions covered by the permissions you grant, such as reading authorised Pins or Boards, creating or scheduling content, or retrieving reporting data. You are responsible for ensuring content you publish through a connected account complies with Pinterest's rules, applicable law and third-party rights.

You may revoke access through the relevant third-party account settings. We may suspend an integration where necessary to protect the service, comply with platform requirements or prevent misuse.

10. User-submitted material

If a feature allows you to submit text, images or other material, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that using it to deliver the requested feature will not infringe another person's rights. You retain ownership of your material. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process it and provide the requested service.

11. Availability and changes

We may change, pause or discontinue site features, integrations or content. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Third-party APIs, platforms and services can change independently and may cause connected features to stop working or require modification.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Blame Dante is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused by use of free editorial or AI-generated content, third-party websites, third-party platform outages, or decisions made without independently checking important information.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed, the GDPR rights available to eligible users, and how to make an access or deletion request.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, products, providers or legal requirements change. The revision date at the top identifies the current version.
